I have fine hair, it will only really hold an up do if I haven't washed it for 3/4 days. This is not always practical and sometimes I want to put it up at other times. What can I put in it to make a style hold?

Dry shampoo?
My hair isn't fine, but sometimes I find dry shampoo can give a bit more body, and a bit more 'grip' when putting my freshly washed hair up.
I am in no way a hair expert, so hopefully someone more useful will help too!

Have no idea what it's called but I seem to recall there is a product out there that makes your hair 'mucky' so it holds an up do better.

Hopefully someone will know what I'm on about to give you a name

Dry shampoo. It's great.

Also, vo5 (I think) do a back comb spray that gives loads of oomph at the roots.
