Sizing on Nike running tights?

Are they true to size? I'm normally 12 in trousers - should I size up or down?

I normally wear a 12 in trousers and find a medium in nike kit generally fits me- in fact nearly all my running gear is nike as I can order online and be pretty sure it'll fit.

I'm a 10 and also wear the Medium, but I hate it when things dig in. I have the shorts in a Small and they're ok.

I'm a 14 and wear Large which are a bit big but hate things too tight. I would say a Medium would be fine.
