Help. I look old an haggard!!!!

I have decided I have come to that time in my life when I need to be wearing make up. I have very sensitive skin prone to redness and want to even the tone a little with out too much coverage. As in I don't want to look painted. Also I have the areas under my eyes if like to cover. They aren't really dark but more a transparent look. Is there a specific under eye concealer. Where should I go for a nice natural make up and under eye concealer?
Also can ye recommend a decent eye cream. I have noticed fine lines round my eyes.......... God I look old. Help!!!

Loreal do a lovely under eye concealer that I prefer to YSL's Touché Éclat. It's a great product for those of us with permanent dark shadows under their eyes. I am trying to remember the name of the Loreal product.... Touché Magnifique?

Thanks. My sister was over today and she let me try her Body shop Vit E bb cream which seems to be nice on my skin. just need to cover my under eyes now. I have touche eclait but it doesnt cover anything! will poss try the l'oreal one x
