Email addresses for complaints ....

Cannot find what I'm looking for ! I'm sure I saw a thread awhile back about how to find out email addresses for chairperson or similar for top stores - in this case John Lewis -surprisingly having real issues with them on a faulty product -Any Ideas ?

I know the end of their email addresses are @johnlewis.co.uk as I used to work with a company that deals with them so ive emailed them before. Think it is Charlie Mayfield, the ceo from what ive seen in news but you could google it to be sure. Try both with a dot between first and surname and without and whichever doesnt bounce back will be the correct one!
