I like wash off ones. I don't like Liz Earle. Skin is combination and getting old. Ideally less than a tenner and available in Boots.

Thank you. :)

I love Origins Checks and Balances, it's kind of minty and fluffy. Think it's about £18 though.

Thanks. Can't afford Origins anymore. I used to really like them but a) finances not as good as they used to be and b) I am boycotting them forever after some crap (ie non-existent) customer service.

Super drug vit e one also natural radiance-both utterly fab and far better than Liz Earle.

I use the Vit E oil but didn't like the cleanser as much.

Nutrogena Pink Grapefruit one. My skin is clearer than it's been in years and it's under a fiver.

Or you could try the Sanctuary oil cleanser and tell me if it's any cop - I can't afford my beloved Shu Uemura cleansing oil any more and there are very few cleansing oils (with emulsifiers, I cba with the OCM) around.

Thanks Shreddies. Have tried the grapefruit one in the past but it's not for me. I think I need something a bit less abrasive.

On the recommendations of S&B I got the Superdrug V E hot cloth cleanser a few weeks back and really like it. Smells far nicer than Liz Earle imo and for me does just a good a job.

I've used Simple Moisturising Facial Wash for years. Never leaves my face tight or dry, no break-outs, very gentle - and cheap.

Frenchplait · 29/08/2013 23:10

Simple is the best I've used. I don't have spots but it keeps my oily t-zone slick-free all day.

Thank you.
