Handbag organisers/inserts - worth it? What should I look for?

Having got several large roomy bags with not much by way of pockets etc inside, I've been looking at handbag organisers?

Does anyone use these - are they just another gadget I don't need - or will it make finding things so much easier?

Ideally I'd like something smartish - but most on amazon for example seem to be a bit 'washbaggy'!

Any tips and pointers?

I had one and didn't end up using it much but maybe that's because it was a bit washbaggy as you say. I got it from Primark for about a quid though so if you want to try one out on the cheap maybe see if they've still got them.

I have the Purseket, it works for me.

It's a very personal thing IMO - work out exactly why you need it, how often you change handbags, how you can usefully divide up stuff and so on. I have a ziplock type bag I got from Amazon with a kerazee design on it that my toddler crap (2x nappies, pack of wipes, couple of nappy bags, possibly a water bottle and snack pot) stays in and that fits in my bigger bags. I have a smaller version that has my makeup in. Then my other stuff just floats free, in the pockets of whatever bag I'm using - lippy, wallet, phone, mints, hand cream. But I use a tiny MBMJ crossbody most days and cba lugging the world around with me.

I have a couple of VIP ones. They do make it easier easier to switch bags (I have a smaller bag for when I don't have to lug children stuff about) and I don't have to empty the larger bag to try to find something as often however they were rather expensive for what they are.
