can't find the intervention thread atm.
this morning I remeasured myself to double check. I can be a 31 around the back on a fat day. today I was only slightly over 30. I'm 37 over boob so 30f right?
but they still don't seem to fit right, help!

I'd try. 30E/F and similar sizes. What bras have you tried?

I've mainly been sticking with freya but that's probably more because I think their styles are pretty. the 2 e cups I own are slightly too small. I tried one f that was big and another different style (both freya though) that fitted. I am needing to wear the bras on the loosest or middle hook. but sometimes the back rides up also I need the straps quite tight but have also had this problem, figured I was short shouldered.

Sounds like you definitely need an F cup. Straps being tightened to stop a band rising up is usually a sign that the band is too big. I'd try a 30F/G too and try other brands as well.
