Any bra gurus around?

I measure 34 under and between 40 and 41 over boobs. Is that 34E or 34F?

Am currently in 36DD if that helps, these seem ok in decent makes. Not quite full in Sainsbury's cheapies! Possibly slightly flattened by wonderbra I am currently wearing.

Try a 34E and F and sizes close to that. If you scoop whilst wearing your 36DD, do you get overspill?

The 34E is the same cup volume as a 36DD.

I am fully scooped! I wouldn't say overspill, more that the boob is flattened by the bra. Even post baby (now 8!) my boobs are quite round rather than tear drop shaped iyswim?

That sounds like you need the 34F and probably a different shapes bra too
