I've had 2 red bumps on the end of my nose for over a year. I've asked 2 different GPs for advice (1st one sent me to the 2nd one as he's the "expert on skin"), who diagnosed milia & said I should have microdermabrasion as they are not treated on the NHS. That's fine but I'm not convinced by his diagnosis.
...I have been googling (natch) & they don't look like milia. They look like angiofibromas. Hmmm. Anyone had any experience of either of those & the treatment involved?
FWIW I remember having 2 skin tag like bumps removed/cauterised from my nose by a GP when I was about 8. These were in the same place as these new lumps so could be related?? This was 30yrs ago though.
