Help me style this dress please!!!

I am going to a wedding in a months time, and tried my dress on today, and it doesn't fit.

I have this evening brought this dress and I am now wondering what to put with it, stupid impulse buying!

The wedding is at the end of september and outside so I need something practical. I also don't really want to wear black with it, as I don't agree with wearing black to weddings.

The dress looks lovely!

I would try to find a teal/navy satin cropped / fitted blazer - (or smooth jersey if you want it to be more versatile for after the wedding).

Silver clutch bag. Shoes I am unsure - not much use am I?! I wonder if silver shoes would look too OTT / blingy? Maybe someone else can help.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, I am looking to spend no more then about £50 or jacket, bag and hair piece.

I have plenty of shoes, so I don't really want to buy anymore unless I have to... not that I can have too many pairs!
