Jewellery for 18th birthday

Can anyone recommend some good websites to look for a birthday gift of jewellery for an 18 yr old girl please? I want something a little alternative, I've looked at the Hairy Growler and like some of his bits, but want to look further afield.

Silver Charm bracelet - old fashioned kind with welded on charms, not Pandora. The old-fashioned charms are so pretty and varied. Agree not onthe highstreet is great place to look for something else.
