Nars Orgasm Multiple stick - is it worth £30? Any cheaper alternative suggestions please?

Hi
Yesterday I had a make up lesson and came away with some suggestions for new make up.
I tried the Nars multiple stick in orgasm and loved the look it gave me. I actually looked healthy and glowing and not knackered for once!
My slight concern was that it was a bit sparkly. I am used to wearing powder blush so this is quite a change for me.
Also the price! I really can't afford £30. Is it really worth that?

So, are there any alternatives that will give me a similar look but without the price tag?

I am on about my fifth one of these it has become an all year round make up bag staple.
I have a new baby and credit this product with being one of the things that stops me looking too knackered!
It lasts ages even with everyday use - so I would say its worth the price - but then again if others know a cheaper way to get the look I would be interested .

this is very similar. Not used it myself yet but have ordered one!

Strawberrynet.com has a good selection of Nars at the moment.

I love Nars Multiples, have Orgasm and South Beach - great on eyes, lips and cheeks. It really does last for ages and I wouldn't bother hunting for a cheaper alternative. It really is worth the money imo.

I use Elf's [[
eyeslipsface.co.uk/en/restofworld/eyeshadow/all-over-colour-stick/invt/3100 All Over Colour Stick]] A steal at £1.50!

I dot it on my brow bones, my forehead, down the front of my nose and it makes me look really healthy.

Well I must say I wasn't expecting a thread about make up, even though this is in Style and Beauty [dirty mind emotion]

finlaysmum12 · 24/08/2013 16:12

yes, I also perked up when I saw orgasm, multiple and stick in the same sentence...

Relaxedandhappyperson · 24/08/2013 16:15

Me too.

I was going to ask what is wrong with a finger.

It does last a very long time. I have had mine for about 5 years. Since you don't have to use alot. So if you know that it looks good on you it's probably worth investing in.

Have you tried Benefit's Watts up? It really is very similar and find it amazing for highlighting cheek bones and brow bones etc.Its quite pricey, sorry can't remember how much, but not quite as much as Nars.

So glad it wasn't just me.

Sorry to hi-jack, as you were people Smile

Every time I spot this thread I somehow read it as 'multiple orgasm'- or is that wishful thinking :)
