Does it actually work??
How long have you been doing it for and what benefits have you noticed?
Also which oil do you use?

What's oil pulling?

MelanieCheeks · 23/08/2013 10:35

Hello!

I've been doing it for a few weeks now (can't remember how many exactly)

I've found a big difference in keeping mouth ulcers at bay. I use coconut oil- that's why I started really, I bought the oil, found I never used it for cooking, so was experimenting with other suggestions to use it up. Plus my mouth just feels clean.

What is this now?

valiumredhead · 23/08/2013 11:07

Yes, cleaner teeth and no sinusitis-fab ! Noticed a difference almost immediately.
