Where could I get my coat altered?

Well, actually it's a CAPE but if I wrote that in the title , no-one would click it Blush

It's a lovely fleecey type cape with 3/4 length sleeves trimmed with faux fur at the neck and the sleeves.
I need the fur removed from the sleeves and re-hemmed. (The neck is okay)

I can only sew Hallowe'en costumes so there is no way I want to do this myself. The only person I know with a sewing machine is my Mum. She's miles away and has history with losing or taking apart clothes and that's the last I see of them.

So. Can it be done.
Where could I take it?
Do dry-cleaners do these sort of alterations?
TIA

Our high street has a couple of alterations places that do these sort of things.

Sounds relatively simple and similar to what I had them do with a coat of mine (same faux fur thing) - iirc I was £20 for the coat.
