Comfortable heels with soft leather, do they exist?

I'd like to buy a pair of court shoes this year for occasional wear rather than everyday but I have very sensitive feet and need soft leather, any idea where I should look?

Admittedly i have only tried Clarks, LK Bennett and M&S so far but they were all much too hard and my feet screamed everytime I put a pair on.

Ecco? I have fab flats which are lovely and soft.

Are you wide footed? I also blister in all shoes, bar a wide fit clarkes or hush puppies.

Just check you getting a wide fit shoe if needed.

No I'm not wide footed I just have very soft, easily blistered skin. The Ecco shoes are probably comfortable but I'm thinking more along the lines of a pair of statement heels - I know with my feet I am limited, maybe leopard skin, snake skin....maybe just something a bit special looking.

These maybe. They just need to not make my feet scream immediately.

My alternative is just to just go for a heeled boot.

Have you tried Jones the bookmaker, I have a lovely soft pair of heels from there

Vintagebeads · 20/08/2013 14:02

Those are lovely!! but have pain written all over them

I hear you, I have yet to find any heels that don't make ribbons of my feet.

Have you tried Russell and Bromley? They are more likely to have 'statement' heels. I find their shoes really comfy as they come in half sizes so you will get a good fit.

The problem might be the style you are going for. I find heels much more difficult to get comfy than flats or sandals.

Good luck.

Boden have some leopard ones very similar to those, cheaper too.

BadgersRetreat · 20/08/2013 17:34

i was going to say Russell and Bromley too.

Duo shoes are very comfortable, and the new tassel court shoes from Boden are good too.

Thanks....love, love, love the R&B suggestion - v. nice shoes, off to check out Duo and Boden.

I have fabulously soft leather courts from Nine West. They have a 3" stiletto heal and I wear them pretty much every day for work. About £90 I think and various colours - I have nude and blackx2.

I have also bought really good quality leather shoes from Karen Millen of all places. The leather is super soft and exceptionally comfortable. Might be worth a look although can be hit and miss
