Why the hell am I wearing tights in August.....! Left house to go out this morning in nice summer skirt and came back to change!

I have the tights dilemma every work day, no tights, tan tights or black thigh ones? Even though it is cold, it seems wrong wearing black tights in summer. Maybe that is just me!
