Just measured and I'm 29 under the bust and 36 dangling down, not sure I did this bit right though....am in desperate need of some nursing bras as mine don't fit me, think they're a 36c or something and I keep getting blocked ducts, think this may be the issue, help!
Also I measured just after a feed would that make a difference?
Live hour and a half from shops so not an option to go and get measured need to buy online!

you are more likely a 28 or 30 for the back size (not 36!!) but you would have to try a range of cup sizes e.g. E, F (not C!)

Thanks, I think I will have to just order a few and try them on, with measuring the boob bit do you do that without a bra? Mine are quite saggy unfortunately I have a feeling they will measure bigger than I am iykwim?

If you can get to debenhams, I went yesterday after deciding that my 5 yo 38GG nursing bras (which were fitted in bravissimo when pg with DC1) had definitely seen better days.
I am now wearing a beautiful 32E and have perky boobs, rather than spaniels ears.
I have lost a lot of weight since DC1 ( am currently feeding DC3, 18 weeks).

Thanks for the link, read through it and that makes a lot of sense! now i just need to find somewhere that stocks 28 back nursing bras, m and s only seem to do a 32 upwards!

Hi knitting, nowhere near any debenhams....nearest one two hours away and I would have to drag a boisterous two year old plus 17 week old with me, not my idea of fun Winkthanks though!
