Bra Size question - I know I should have 'got this' by now...

Please can someone tell me if this is right.

I measured tight under boobs as 33. Then leaning foward was 40. So this makes me a 32/34 D. Is that right?

I have been suffering from bad neck pain and headaches for some time, and I am now wondering if this could be due to badly fitted bras. I have been wearing a 36c or 38b.

Please enlighten me, as I would love to go out to buy a new bra tomorrow. Can anyone recommend the best place which won't break the bank. Is M& S a no-no?

sunseasurf Try a 32FF/F and a 34F/E.

M&S is pretty crap really. Most of their bras are based on about two different shapes so choice is limited.

Have you got a Debenhams, JL or HoF? Or best of all, a Bravissimo?

Have you read the Bra Guru guide? It tells you how to try a bra on to establish the correct band first and then how to sort the cups.

If you are in Debenhams watch out for the Gorgeous branded bras - they are notorious for running small in the back so make sure you try some other brands to. Freya/Fantasie/Cleo etc are all more "normal" and will give you a better idea of what size you would want to order online
