There are similar things around... this although it's out of stock... Although the contrast cuffs are probably the best bits of the shirt.

This is quite different but nice with high waisted flared jeans

Just bumping to round off the story.
MiH was way too expensive but said friend got this Zara one yesterday. Which is very nice irl, darker blue/navy than in the picture, not bad silk for Zara, and looks great on her!
