Ankle boots and socks query!

Hi everyone, not posted here before but lurk and know you are helpful!

I am off to a festival this weekend and have some ankle boots to wear with dresses and leggins. Weather is looking good so am planning to wear the ankle boots with bare legs.

My question is, what do u do about socks? should u be able to see them above the boot??

What looks better when you put them on? I wouldn't worry too much about it, I doubt anyone will notice.

I'd wear the to be seen tbh. I like chunky slouch socks or knee high socks rolled down but wear whatever you find comfortable though I'd say if you are doing a lot of walking,you will want plenty of socks!!

Ok I'm just trying to say don't over think the amount of sock on show as it really doesn't matter.
