I'm in a style (style-less) rut- please help

At the minute I'm living in skinny jeans (capri/long/dark/pale) and either long vest with various t shirts or long vest with slouch jumpers.
Help me look like the glam mummies at our baby groups.
Size wise I'm 5.10 size 16 hourglass figure note I hate my upper arms so must cover at least half of my upper arms. Pale with long brown hair.
Budget little as possible please anyone got any ideas?

Similar- ish stuff but they look more glam and polished.
Shirts with skinny jeans, shorts and dressy t shirts, maxi dresses which I'd love to wear but they're all sleeveless.
I do wear make up and hair normally down loose so need to make an effort with nails too I think

Are you avoiding maxi dresses because they expose your arms?
Have you tried them with a racer back as that is very flattering for arms. Or what about a fine linen t shirt over a maxi dress?

Couldn't show arms at all lost a lot of weight so tops of arms terrible, could try shirt over hadn't thought of that

It looks better than it sounds! I wear a navy white stripe maxi with a navy linen t over it.

The mums you describe sounds v similar to what I wear...not saying Im Miss Glam but I think having hair styled (not necessarily up) is important, I can get away make up free if my hair looks good.

How about a nice scarf or long necklace (try accessorize/ topshop, ebay have some great bargains for this) to go with the vest tops and jumpers, they can really glam it up.
