I have just purchased a top from Oasis (in Debenhams). Was having a look online and realised it has been reduced from £35 to £25, but I have been charged full price Hmm
Do you think I should be refunded the difference? Or will I have to return the top?

By just do you mean today? In which case they ought to only charge you £25. If you mean last week, and they've reduced it since, then they won't refund you the difference. If you still have the receipt (and are feeling cheeky) you could return it and buy it again at the reduced price.

I bought it an hour before posting on here. I know sometimes things go on sale quickly after you have purchased them, but it seems unfair that the shop price and the online price don't match.

If I have understood you correctly, I don't think you can get a refund. The top was reduced online, but you bought in store. Separate things... The same way they may have online exclusive products or sales.

You did buy in store, right?

I had the same thing happen to me in Gap. Shirt full price in store, £17 cheaper online. I ordered another one and returned the full price one to store. V cheeky, but legal, apparently Hmm

I did buy in store. I naively thought their prices would match online and in store. Will return and buy again online. Grin Would rather have the £10 in my pocket!
