in the shops I mean, the last three times i've visited the items i have wanted have always been out of stock, is this just fluke?

today it was a nars lippie, new season stuff.

It's so annoying. Yesterday I wanted a By Terry eyeshadow stick and a Nars concealer-both expensive, both treats I had saved for and was excited about. Both out of stock!

i bought some Eve Lom cleanser there the other day and got no samples at all. I was not happy.

i don't think i have ever got a free sample from them in the last 2 years i have been shopping with them!

i have had Kiehls samples and ren samples.

yeh me too..stopped going. And you give them your number for them to ring when it's back in....never ever happens. same with the b'day gift they are meant to send each yr..
