Rounded/Arched Fringed for round faces?

Okay so I have longish hair, about a couple of inches past my shoulders. My face is very round, I have full chubby cheeks, that I hate! I have a short fat neck & my jawline isn't prominent, iykwim?!

My fringe at the moment sits just past my eyes, slightly longer at the sides. It's not a full thick fringe so doesn't start very far back, iykwim?

I also have hooded eyelids, more so on one eye. Oh dear I'm not painting a pretty picture here am I? Well I can tell you I don't feel pretty!!! Anyway I like this kind of fringe, but its almost verging on a mullet so perhaps not as wide but anyway what do we think can a very round, full faced, person carry this sort of fringe off?

I think it could well end up accentuating/framing the roundness. It's a lovely cut but think it might work well to soften a more angular face than a roundish one. Am by no means an expert on these things though.
