Help me find the warmest coat ever!

Last winter I felt freezing ALL.THE.TIME.

I keep reading about coats like the Cuckmere but I think I'd look like the Michelin man! I'm 5ft 1 and a size 10 but very round with almost no waist at all. I'm feeling desperate though and dreading the cold weather - we walk to and from school so it's really important I find something warm. Help please!

There might be snowlie - I looked online before buying mine but they were so expensive and a lot seemed to be shipping from China. I bought it in NY last year for a lot less than the prices I'd seen online. It's my investment coat and hopefully will last years.
