Wedding outfit

I've been shopping with my mum today and we couldn't find any dresses that she liked/suited her. She's 62, 5'1 size 16 apple shape. Dark grey hair, brown eyes and pale (ish). She'd like something about knee to mid calf length and for as cheap as possible. Wedding is in Nov and has blues/neutrals for jackets shoes.

Any help as it's been so hard today and she's in tears feeling fat and ugly.

Thanks for those and she likes the red one so will order it. Cheap as possible as she never wears dresses and doesn't have the money so I said I'd buy it her. Well I'll pay, she'll pay me back then after a couple of weeks randomly put extra money in her purse. I can't really afford much either but I want her to feel good about herself and have a lovely day.
