I would put it with black heels - suede are my fav at the moment. Statement earrings. Colourful lippy and then a clutch to match that colour.

You could go for a statement necklace for one of the events or a coloured shoe

Yes to bare legs. Honestly I'd brave the cold and do bare legs in December for the wedding too. I think black tights can make the dress look a little less occasiony iykwim
