MIL bought me [[http://www.amazon.co.uk/Converse-Womens-Trainers-Winter-Boots/sim/B005THMLWY/2 these]] for winter. I love them but can't figure out how best to use the laces to stop the tongue flapping about. I don't have the skinniest ankles (understatement!) so they need to be right otherwise they'll look crap. Any tips?
