Why am I getting spots at 31?? Never had a problem before.

I've been really lucky and aside from the odd one off I've never suffered from spots. However in the last few months I have 5-6 that come and go around my nose and mouth. I haven't changed routine at all.

I've found that spots around the mouth in particular have always been linked to my hormones so it could be something's changed there rather than with your actual skin perhaps?

Thanks OneLittleLady, I hadn't made that connection. Worth looking into.
