Red blotchy arm tops

Does anyone know how to get rid of this?
The top half of my arms at the back are red and blotchy. I exfoliate and moisturise most days but it hasn't got rid of it.
Any cures, magical or otherwise greatly received!

I find palmers coconut butter is great for this :)

My red, blotchy upper arms are much better since I have been using Nivea firming lotion. I think getting the sun on them a little bit has helped too.

You need something with urea in it, I get eucerin lotion prescribed for my scaly shins but it works wonders on red arm bumps. Body brushing helps too.

Yep urea is what you need - try flexitol cracked heel balm. Sun tans also help! It's called keratosis Polaris - I hate having it.

You need a cream with a high Urea percentage- at least 10-15% or more. Chemists can order it for you or ask your Doc to prescribe it as a little cheaper. Creams with lower concentrations will not work so well. This is the only way to really control it as you need the Urea to break down the Keratin build up around the hair follicles.

Yeah, my eucerin lotion is 10% urea, you can get it in boots.
