Recs for IPL home kits Asian skin

Need your advice. Being an Asian mother of 3 - 2 girls- was thinking of investing in a home kit for us to use to eradicate the hair issue. I have had IPL in the salon and am hair free on my legs and underarms. Now I was planning on tackling my bikini area. But the eye watering amount made me think about going rogue at home plus my girls would benefit.
Just wanted recommendations for Asian skin with minimal further costs i.e. replacement cartridges etc. I tan well and have dark black hair.. I would say I am medium brown Asian whereas my daughters are fair skinned..

I have a Philips Lumea. I don't have Asian skin but have dark hair and tanned skin.

I can't recommend it enough, the only drawback is that it is quite time consuming to do. It is not stated to be a permanent solution but after 18 months of use, hair re-growth is very sparse.
