Just had a derma roller treatment and wondered how long this would usually take. Was in and out in under 15mins and seemed very rushed. I haven't been that impressed with salon so far and wondering if i'm being unfair.

Mine took about an hour. I also looked like I'd been on the beach for three weeks with no SPF Grin

Beauty therapist here :)

It depends on the treatment area tbh, id be surprised if they managed to complete a whole treatment in just 15mins, that sounds extremely rushed! We usually book out a 45min slot for a derma roller client, longer if it's a larger area to treat.

Also do you know what grade the head that they used was?

Hope that helps, it sounds like you've been fobbed off.

Thanks for the replies, no idea what grade was used (complete novice at this!). Area treated was my face, hD some numbing cream put on but have worked out actual rollering can only have been 10 min max. Then some soothing stuff. Don't look like I've had anything done!!! Won't use that salon again.....
