Itchy underarms

I have recently noticed my underarms are getting incredibly itchy. I have not changed deodorant and have used the solid Dove stick for years. Just recently started itching. Is it probably due to shaving? I've since bought Sanex hypo allergenic but it still drives me mad. Is waxing a better option? Can u do it yourself at home?

Wow I have the same issue - for Meir happens in summer when I am really hot so think it might be a sweat rash???

I normally put some talc under my arms to try to help

I too suffer from this problem. I find only solution is waxing .In the meantime try an antihistamine for the itch. I have sensitive skin and Sanex Hypo allergenic is not suitable for my skin.

As a temporary fix you could try something like canesten hc cream (from chemist) which has anti fungal plus hydrocortisone for the itch. Wash underarms before bed and put cream on then I would say.
