Short sleeve blouses/ tops for work

I'm a 16, with a 32F bust and need some reasonably priced tops for work that don't make me look like I work in a bank.

I don't want to spend a lot, I normally wear black or navy straight leg trousers and ballet pumps and need some tops that are smarter than a t-shirt, but don't show cleavage or lots of shoulder. I don't want to look like I work in a bank or a menopausal woman wearing floaty drapey tops so I feel cool.

Most importantly it can't be 100% polyester!

I like these Emily and Finn tops (although they are thin). They do the same shape in different fabrics and colours. They are a bit tricky to find online though.

It's hard isn't it.

I end up wearing t shirts like this one from whistles here

Which are ok but a bit casual.
