BODEN delivery

Does anyone know why Boden send parcels by both Royal Mail and courier (Hermes)?
My latest order for a very summery dress which I need NOW is via RM which means it will probably arrive after the heatwave and when we have snow :(
Hermes gets it here in a day usually.

Have answered my own question by calling them. It's the weight of the parcel that is key. Heavier items go by courier, light stuff by mail. You know now what to do if you want a speedy parcel :)

If you want a speedy parcel they also do express delivery but it will cost you.

I received boots by Royal Mail recently(preparing for Winter!)They arrived within 2 days which I thought was great delivery time.

Boots from Boden or just boots from another company?

Ooh, thanks for asking this, as I was just wondering the very same thing and was planning on calling Boden :) Although, bizarrely, they actually did the opposite thing with my recent deliveries - light ones by Hermes and large, heavy box by RM :/

Sorry. Boots from Boden. Well actually Mini Boden but they are an adult size 4.

were they in the preview and have they come? I have ordered loads and it says 1 week wait.
