Are night creams worth it?

Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on night cream for your face. I haven't found any I love and was wondering, given that I can't afford to spend more than £10 on one, whether they are actually worth it, or whether I am better of just putting a decent body moisturiser on my face at night time.
If they are the way forward does anyone have any (cheap ones) that they would recommend? TIA

I don't use a specific night cream but I do use a cream especially for the face. I personally use the Superdrug Naturally Radiant Brightening Cream. It's got SPF 15, is light, easily absorbed, non greasy, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, cruelty free, actually does what its meant to do in that it moisturises and I think it leaves my skin looking brighter. There are two types of it, one for normal/combination skin and one for dry skin (i have very very dry skin and this stuff leaves my face silky smooth) Comes in a 75ml pot and is priced around £5.99 although it's often to be found in 3 for 2 and half price offers.

I use the Body Shop Aloe Vera soothing night cream and it keeps all skin flakiness and redness away. It's £11 in the shop but cheaper online. Last pot I got was £5 off eBay.

I like the Body Shops Vitamin E night cream - often to be found on offer online for about £4.50

yy, it's well worth using a richer face cream at night. Absolutely.

I'm using Neal's Yard Rose facial pikas a night cream and I love it. It's £20 but lasts forever so is quite reasonable really.
