Seven year old dd has pimples?

My daughter has what appear to be blocked pores and pimples around and on her nose. Thankfully she is not self conscious yet so I am not making a big deal but I feel like I should be doing something to try and get rid of them because it won't be long I suspect til she starts poking and squeezing. ( and I want to spare her the YEARS of trauma I suffered as an adolescent ).

I help her to gently clean her face ( with my Nuxe gentle cream cleanser) and gently rinse off with a warm flannel. Other than that I have so far only put a bit of sudocream on before bed. Any suggestions? I would have thought 7 and 1/2 was too young for hormone related skin problems so any ideas are welcome. Generally it just sort of looks like her skin is a bit thickened/ congested in a couple of patches. Occasionally there will be a few small whiteheads.

I picked up a tube of Effaclar Duo today in Boots.

Could she be allergic to anything? I had a terrible, similar reaction to evening primrose oil in toiletries when I was around that age.

Hmm. I can't think of anything off the top of my head but I will keep this in mind now . Thank you
