Boden length question

I'm going to buy a Boden sundress as I am 41 and want my bra straps covered dammit.

I would like it to be on the knee, not above. I am 5`8" -should I get . long or regular?

I'm 5'6" and buy long for summer dresses as they sit just below the knee on me. I get regular for winter as look fine with boots.
