Non frumpy circle/flared skirts, i am begging ye!

I need it to hit either below the knee or 3/4 inches above it. I can't find any that don't look like what my grandma wore in the 80s or what 15 year olds wear to the school disco.
It needs to have ample enough flair to cover my big wobbly Kim kardasian arse and saddlebags.
Any colour, any pattern except floral!
