Summery look for ageing chick! Any ideas?

Hi all. I'm 5'4, size 12 with no waist anymore. My standard look is boots, skinnies tops and cardles or unstructured jackets. I'd describe it as poor man's (or woman's) All Saints. I struggle in summer, though. Any ideas?

Ps: no skirts or flats please,!

I'm a slightly taller version of you and would love some ideas too.

Meredith: what do you wear at the moment? I tend to end up in a trusty old halter top and baggy linens or trackpants. And trainers!
