DS is a year old and I know I'm lucky in that the weight's all off and I've no stretch marks, but I still have a pouch thing that is driving me mad! I run a few times a week and do a bit of yoga/pilates but it just won't go. I'm still breastfeeding and the muscles are now a finger apart so not sure if that has anything to do with it. Does anyone have any advice? I used to be washboard flat so it's a bit of a bugbear.

That diet '6 weeks to OMG' advises blowing up balloons to get a washboard midrif.

I don't recall the name of them but there's apparently a series of exercises for that kind of thing. Hopefully someone in the know will see this thread and can give you some more info. If that fails, could you possibly ask the GP or health visitor if you still see them for some advice on exercises for it?

A finger apart doesn't sound like too much as I'm not sure the muscles ever go back completely. Mine were 5 fingers apart and I did exercises such as those from the tupler technique.

You're so lucky you don't have stretch marks Envy

Do keep me posted re the O'Brien. Thinking of doing Tracey Anderson's but I really don't like her.
