Going out dress help!!

Hi,

I'm looking for a dress for a birthday party at the weekend and really struggling. I'm 26, 5,4 and quite petite. I'm looking for something that's quite fashionable and trendy and 'young'.
Mainly because I went out on Saturday and a girl 2-3 years younger made a comment about me being quite a bit older than her haha so think i need to spice things up a little!!

Any ideas much appreciated!

Don't know what sort of shape or style you like, but I think Mango and Miss Selfridge have some really nice dresses, (though I would order any mango one from asos if you have to order online as their own delivery is slooow.)

I quite like this, but they also have lots of kind of vintagey style dresses if not your thing/colour.

There's still quite a bit in the sales. What's your dress size and colouring?

How's your hair and make up BTW? that can age a person much more that a slightly conservative choice of clothing.
