hi, I did my best to get proper fitting bras once I stopped breastfeeding but I'm still struggling! I always wore a 32a, am same weight as pre-pregnancy but they squash me completely. M and S measures me at 30b, but although that is better I'm getting quad boob.

I've followed the measuring advice on some of the other threads and my underbust is 27.5 to 28, over is 33.

so, what size should I try?Since, being pregnant (dd is 3) my chest bone sticks out slightly, so I find the end of the wires sticks in. Are there any wired styles where the wire end is soft, or starts half way along or something? I don't want to do without wires!

Hi Betty, try a 28DD for starters. You may find that the right size stops the wire issues but hopefully someone who knows more about pregnancy bras will be along shortly!

thank you sorrellforbes Smile Just to clarify, I'm not either pregnant or breastfeeding, just that the sizing issues seem worse than they were before!

Going by their website, M&S only stock 1 28DD and it's a non-wired sports bra!

Have you got a Debenhams or a JL?

Betty5313 · 03/07/2013 12:51

No, we have a hhouse of Frazer but it is tiny and their bras start from a 34 back. No debenhams or jl. I live in the middle of nowhere!

I think you'll have to try on-line. Brastop and My Curves and Me are very reasonably priced. Bravissimo and Fligleaves have a huge amount to choose from.
