Ch-acne!!!!!

I've been told by my 15yr old cousin that I have ch-acne!!! the shame!!!

About a week ago, I noticed small red lumps on my chest, around 6 or 7 of them. They are like spots but don't get a head iykwim.

I've never had these before, I'm mid 20's

What are they, how do I get rid of them??

It is really Chest acne!

Probably something to do with sweating? I read on here about it possibly being linked to the use of anti-perspirants and the sweat having to go elsewhere.
Have you sprayed any perfume or applied cream on that area? Diptyque perfume always brings me out in spots.
Do not pick them! Put some sudocrem on them.
