What do you wear?

If you then need to go out do you change?

Pj's until morning nap then I get properly washed and dressed even if not going out.

Just the same thing at home and out. Skinnies (floral c/e ones today) and jumper or tshirt usually.

Hasn't been warm enough for the summer dresses yet. Well the odd day in shorts but that's it.

Sweaty Betty yoga pants (have done yoga once, years ago) and a vest.

If I need to go out to the shop (5 mins away) I'll wear jeans + the vest + a top and scurry as fast as I can.

If going out properly, I'll shower etc and change into proper clothes.

I work from home so I prefer to wear something not too slobbish (as it makes me feel lazy for some reason) but I def don't get dressed up or anything.

Mostly wear loose cotton trousers and a cotton stripey top or vest and cardi combo.

I try not to live in my leggings/sweatpants/baggy tops too much although tempting as they are, I find it doesn't help in my current battle to lose weight. Sometimes I wear jeans to remind me that I can get them on and so not to snack too much during day.

I wear three quarter length pyjama/stretchy things - they don't look too PJ like and a hooded top.. I'm on summer break. I feel like yuck today though and very lazy so I am going to dress like I am going to work/casual Saturday clothes after today as I don't like it.

What are apartment pants?

I wear my usual clothes and get showered & dressed early otherwise I lose momentum for the day. Like other posters I feel slobby & unmotivated if my clothes are scruffy. I wear harem style yoga trousers and a slouchy vest, flip flops & cardi or slouchy jumper if I want to be relaxed but not embarrassed to leave the house.

It's from an episode of Friends. They are just trews/joggy pants/pj bottoms that are comfortable that you wear at home. It's a name that has stuck for us.
