Bra question-what am I doing wrong

Following the bra threads I realised I was wearing the wrong size.
I measure 29 under and 34 bending over. I've bought a 32c as I can't find 30s in most shops that are added and cut right.
I have low slung boobs so plunge do nothing for me and full cups dig in under my arms. The best cut seem to be balcony.
Now I've bored you my issue is when I put the bra on and pull all excess fat in etc the bra seems small and I get overspill, however within half hr of wearing it everything's migrated back to where it came from and the top of my bra is empty and gaping.
Hw can I make sure everything stays where it should?
Ta

It sounds as if the cups are either the wrong shape or too close together for the spacing of your boobs. Add to that the band being loose enough to move around and it's going to be tricky.

That seems to me like a 'try another style' job, sorry...

the band needs to be tight to hold everything you have scooped in the cups. if you measure 29 then 32 is simply too big to do the job.

I was also bra shopping for a 30 today. Nothing in House of Fraser. I managed to get one in Rigby and Peller but spent a lot more than I wanted to though it fits perfectly.

my measurements are the exact same. I went to bravissimo who assessed me as being a 30e and I usually buy that or 30dd.
I have bought bras from debenhams house of fraser john lewis and even m&s in those sizes.

Ill give bravissimo a go. I went to Leila and bought a Freya one but find the underwire on the cups comes up too high and irritates my underarm so I've avoided wearing it.
Thanks all

I would say you need a 30
