Any Arbonne users?

I bought an Arbonne RE9 bottle of serum from eBay. The bottles are vacuumed packed so that as you use them the serum stays at the top of the bottle by the pump & you can see the empty part at the bottom. The bottle of serum I bought has an empty part already at the bottom of the bottom. Is this right? Thanks

I realise this is an old thread but I have only just joined mumsnet.

I just wanted to point out arbonne products only have a 2 year shelf life and are not meant to be sold on eBay to ensure you get them in good condition.

I hope you have not been given a negative impression of the products due to this.
