I actually already have an Erasto, but I now have two Blush, due to it being reduced from £92 to £27.66 on amazon.

Ah well I suppose they can keep my two Defeas company Grin

Back up again!

MissFoodie · 26/06/2013 17:18

mine arrived today, is great, smaller than my other carry on size Kipling, so perfect as a large handbag, already packed for w/e in France!

GwendolineMaryLacey · 26/06/2013 18:28

Is it really shiny? It looks it.

GwendolineMaryLacey · 26/06/2013 18:29

What the actual fuckety fuck?? It's back to £92. Bastards!

MrsMeow · 26/06/2013 19:46

I just laughed at one of the reviews: "the bag can get a little heavy if you put too much stuff in..." No shit Sherlock!

Thanks for the link OP, I impulse bought one in the wee small hours Blush hoping it will fit my laptop & A4 files in easily. Can't believe they've whacked it back up to full price - naughty amazon!

KatoPotato · 26/06/2013 21:10

Haha @ mrsmeow!

Thanks again op! Mines should be here by Monday for dmums birthday!

ChablisLover · 26/06/2013 21:13

Got to love amazon pricing policy!

The demand increases so does the price

slalomsuki · 26/06/2013 21:16

I also ordered one for work. Bought a Kipling purse last year in the same material when it was in the sale so will have a matching pair! Purse has been great and worn well.

bawabod · 26/06/2013 21:36

Bloody hell it shows you got get in quick. £92 I really feel I have bagged a bargain now Grin

GobblersKnob · 26/06/2013 21:58

GwendolineMaryLacey they have stuck the price of the Gracy in the same fabric up as well, though not as much.

With the sudden rush of orders amazon must have decided that Laquer Black is the new, well..... black Grin

chimchar · 27/06/2013 15:27

Oh god. Is it lovely?

I'm stupidly looking forward to getting mine.

I love 'exploring' a new bag!

Is it big handbag size or too big for everyday carting around of piles of junk?!

GobblersKnob · 27/06/2013 16:04

Grin Bless your Kipling fever.

It is rather lovely, I have it in laquer grey too, so now I have a summer and a winter.

It is a 20 litre capacity so is quite mahoosive, I really like it empty and slouchy, so do use it as a handbag sometimes, but mainly I use it as a day bag on holiday or days out, and for uni when I need to carry a lot of stuff. Also use it as a overnight bag for one or two nights.

Actually I've just had a good look at it again before I packed it away in my Kipling box (don't ask) and I really like it. It looks kind of brownish or purple-ish in some lights, also the black works really well with the lining. It's fab.

bawabod · 28/06/2013 10:17

Thanks GobblersKnob mines just arrived its lovely and its Kipling at an amazing price. I didn't have a laquer type before so a newbie to add to the collection. Smile

chimchar · 29/06/2013 14:28

IT'S HERRRRREEEEEE!!!!!

My day was looking quite shit, but postie brought it this morning.

I love it! Well chuffed!

It's actually not as big as I thought it might have been so I used it straight away.

Is it sad that a bag has caused me so much pleasure?! Wink

chimchar · 29/06/2013 20:25

I have a question....can someone with one of these featured bags help me please?

I have just explored my bag, and I don't know if there is a fault with it!

I have opened the longest zip above the two front pockets. The lining on one side makes a deep rectangular pocket. On the other side, the lining doesn't make a 90 degree corner...it's as if the lining has been sewn in to one of the front pockets. So instead of the lining making a rectangular pocket, it's like a rectangle with a big corner sliced off.

It's very neat but it seems a bit odd.

Is anyone else's like it too or did I get the duff one?

GobblersKnob · 29/06/2013 21:15

No, mine is just a normal straight rectangular pocket.

I have just checked on my account though and if you return it as faulty they will replace it for you, even though it has gone up in price, so it's not all bad Smile

OP posts:
chimchar · 29/06/2013 22:15

Bollocks.

Just my luck to get a bloody faulty one.

Thanks for checking.

slalomsuki · 30/06/2013 17:42

Love mine. Used it to carry a picnic yesterday and it too loads. Pity about the strawberry juice on the lining though.

Love the handy outside pockets and the material which I thought might be a bit too scratchy.

Great bag

GobblersKnob · 30/06/2013 17:57

Should you need to slalomsuki, you can stick them in the washing machine, they wash brilliantly.
