Hi everyone. Not been on here in a while but I have just discovered I am pregnant with my second baby. :-) My little girl is 6 years old and being pregnant with her seems like a lifetime agon - this strangely feels all new to me again!!

Anyway, I would love some advice. I have been feeling a bit under the weather; tired and grumpy. Given up on my evening glass of wine but work is still demanding and I need a bit of a pick me up. What can anyone recommend as a bit of a pamper/treat whilst pregnant? Even things like my normal shower gel seems to be irritating me right now (the smell) so I am planning a weekend treat to The Trafford Centre to get some treats for myself. Tips would be appreciated... Thanks! xxx

Oh congratulations, lovely news.
I remember hating the smell of almost everything during my first trimester!

Maybe you could think about stripping things right back for a while. It's hard to do better than a big tub of organic extra virgin coconut oil. I use it to cleanse with and also as a body moisturiser. It's not a strong coconut smell at all, very very subtle. It lasts ages. For shower gel, how about a moisturising wash or bath bubbles made specifically for newborns, so it's very gentle and unfragranced? I use the Boots baby range but health stores would probably have something a bit fancier. Burts Bees baby range is really lovely too.

I'd get some really nice herbal teas too and a special new pot/glass/cup. I love the Pukka range of teas. The Three Ginger is delicious and if you're still in your first trimester it should settle your stomach very well.
