Interview dress needed - primary teacher

Could anyone help please? I have an interview on Tuesday and I really want ti get a new dress but not sure what to buy. Inspiration needed!

It is for a Year 1 job, so needs to be ok for kneeling and bending down with the children during the teaching bit, but obviously interview smart too.

I am 5'10", size 16 (post baby!) with hips, smallish waist and as I'm still bfing, bigish boobs!!

I have a black buttonless blazer that I would probably wear with it, and flat black shoes. I like wrap style dresses, I think they suit me. Colours-wise, I am a brunette with slightly tanned skin, but not very. Normally get a number 2 in foundation if that helps!! Oh, and I'm 28 if that makes any difference! As I'm on smp, cost needs to be below £50 if possible, but could stretch!

Can anyone help?! Pooh, also I need to be able to buy it in a shop by Monday, can travel to Brighton/ Chichester/Horsham forshops.

Thank you in advance if your wonderful s+b help :)

I like the Alice T one you linked to and the Dove dress. I do wear black with navy. It can work if the materials work together and your jacket and shoes look like they go together. I think wraps are fine for pear shapes. Good fitting bra is a must whatever you wear.

Good luck.

The dove print dress is lovely OP. I interviewed a whole bunch of candidates for infant teaching posts a couple of weeks ago and none of them wore a jacket (one of the successful candidates wore tailored trousers and a shirt, the other wore a dress)

Just don't do what one of the NQTs did and flash your knickers at the interview panel while crouching down to help a child with their numeracy task - none of us knew where to look! I'd really recommend kneeling in that instance.

Ooohhh thanks Shoe. I think I have had it drilled into me whilst at uni to wear a suit. Trouser suits do not look good on me! So I just assumed that I should wear a jacket. It will be much easier if it's not strictly necessary!

I have ordered the dove dress to collect tomorrow afternoon. which tights would be best with this dress? Nude? All help appreciated!
